15. Elizabeth Dean O'Kelley was born on 22 October 1781. She died on 4 February 1864. Appears as Betsy on her marriage record.

Betsy Dean O'Kelley and Mark Harwell were married on 12 March 1816 in Oglethorpe Co, GA.³⁵ Mark Harwell was born in 1771. He served in the military War of 1812 in 1812. He died in 1857. !Ref: Four O'Kelley Sons, by Jane Macon, pg 8 list Mark Harwell

Appears in the 1860 US Census on Oglethorpe Co GA as Elizabeth D Harwell.  I believe this official US government document is proof positive that Judith Ries's so called bible pages are questionable.  Certain Charles and Mary did not name their daughter, the first America born grand daughter Elizabeth Dean O'Kelley if his mother was Anna Dean.
